The price of international shipping is based on the flat rates provided below:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands $25.00 Additional International Shipping Information International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. We accept returns from International customers with the same criteria as our domestic customers. Additional shipping charges may apply if order exceeds 3 pounds. You will be notified before your order is charged or shipped if any additional fees apply. Additional credit card verification may be required before shipping. Free shipping coupon codes do not apply to international orders. All merchandise is listed in U.S. dollars. Also we try to correctly match the size of your item to a similar sized shipping box to keep the weight of your item down thus saving energy on shipping and creating less waste. Shipping Guidelines All orders that are received before 3pm EST, Monday thru Friday, will be processed that day. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and most recognized Holidays, all merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours depending on availability of the item and verification of the payment method. Any order that is placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day. Restrictions of Shipping The FREE GROUND shipping will only be available through the 48 continental states. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES. Saturday or Sunday delivery will not be offered. We also do not ship on recognized Holidays. *we will not be held responsible for the refusal of the shipped packages
