Available Items
Until your order has been completed, another customer can purchase the item in which you are interested. If, for whatever reason, the item you have selected is not in stock, we will send you an email notifying you that the item is not in stock and when it is expected.

Cancelation or Modification of Your Order
You may modify or cancel your order at anytime before it is processed. Once you have completed your order, the items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Accordingly, changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order. The changes to your order must be sent via e-mail to customerservice@lilacandlilies.com.  Please include the order number and specify the changes or cancellations you want made. You will subsequently receive an e-mail confirming that your change or cancellation has been processed.

Checkout
After you have selected your desired items, please click “Check Out” and complete the required fields. Then, click the “Checkout Button” to complete your purchase.

Coupon Usage
You are entitled to use one coupon code per order. Coupons cannot be combined with additional discounts unless specifically stated. Additionally, coupons will not be accepted for items that are On-Sale, for items that are pre-ordered, for use in connection with gift cards, or use in connection with previous purchases. Any return of merchandise purchased with a coupon will reflect the coupon discount. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash value. Coupon/Promotional offers are valid only during a time specified or while supplies last.

Final Sale Merchandise
All merchandise that is on sale is considered to be final sale merchandise, and, thus, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Earrings and Handbags are also considered final sale merchandise. Coupons cannot be used on final sale merchandise unless specifically stated.

Gift Certificates
Lilacandlilies.com offers virtual gift cards. We are unable to mail you a physical gift card from our store. Click on the link “Gift Certificate” in order to purchase a virtual gift card. You can choose denominations of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00, $150.00, $200.00, $250.00, $300.00, $400.00, or $500.00. Gift Certificates expire one year after date issued. www.lilacandlilies.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept International cards and PayPal. Your Credit Card will be charged the day your merchandise ships on all standard orders. We will not be held liable for delayed delivery of merchandise if payment is denied.

Online Promotions
www.lilacandlilies.com is sometimes able to offer its online customers steep discounts. These online sales, promotions, or coupons may not be applied towards in store purchases. 

Pre-Order Items
If you pre-order an item, you will be charged one week prior to the shipment of your merchandise in order to ensure that you will receive that specific item. Please note that coupon codes cannot be applied towards pre-ordered merchandise.

Price Protection
www.lilacandlilies.com honors price matches on any regular priced merchandise within seven (7) days of your purchase. If you find that exact item, including size and color, from a competitor’s website, we will refund the difference to you.
** Sale priced items: We will match any online competitors sale priced item with notification before you place your order, provided it is the exact same style number, color, and size.

Auction sites, such as Ebay are not valid. Contact us at customerservice@lilacandlilies.com and include a link to the competitor’s site. Please also include your contact information. Any price modification is at our discretion and must be verified.

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged if merchandise is shipped outside of Florida. A 6% sales tax will be charged to all orders that ship within Florida.
