Create Your Account
Shopping is made much easier once an account is made, since most of your shipping and billing information will be saved. See Privacy Policy for more information. When you “Create an Account”, you can access status of your order as well as the tracking information.

To create an account or sign in, simply click on “My Account” and enter the required information.

Update Your Account
To change or update your account at anytime, just log into your account and click “Edit”. Your new information will be saved. See Privacy Policy for more information.

Password
To retrieve a lost or forgotten password, simply click on “Forgot Password” under “My Account”. You will then be required to enter your e-mail address. An e-mail will then be sent to you with your password. You can always change your password by updating your account.

To subscribe to the Lilacandlilies.com email list simply enter your name in the “Join our Email List” section on our website and click “Subscribe.” To remove yourself as a subscriber, you may either change your settings on the “My Account” section or click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any e-mail.

Wish List
To add an item to your wishlist, locate the item you want. Then select your size and click “Add to Wish List”. Your item/s are now saved.
