Lilacandlilies.com Returns Made Easy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item in its original condition. The package must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt to receive a full refund, minus shipping costs. Each item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent; unwashed, clean and unworn with the original tags still attached. If a tag has been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway it will not be accepted.

**Exceptions: Earrings and handbags will not be returned or exchanged.

On-Sale Items
ALL merchandise that is discounted or “On-Sale” is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Products
All products are hand checked for any damages or defects prior to shipping. If you have received a defective or damaged product please notify us at customerservice@lilacandlilies.com within three (3) days of receiving the damaged product to be eligible for a refund. Since we do not manufacture our products, we cannot guarantee the replacement of a damaged item. Repair or replacements of any damaged or defective item(s) are up to the manufactures’ discretion.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges will only be made for the same product purchased in a different size and only if available. We will not process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchange items will only be sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a thorough check on quality. You will receive an email notification with a new tracking number after the exchange item has been sent.

To return an item, please complete and return the form which is included with your order within seven (7) days of the receipt of the order. Within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the item, you will receive an email notifying you when your return is complete. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process these changes.

You may bring your online purchase to our store for returns. Your receipt must be present.
