Returns & Exchanges
At LilacAndLilies.com we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item in its original condition. The package must be postmarked within seven (7) days of date delivered to receive a full refund, minus shipping costs. If you received complimentary shipping a fee of $6.00 will be deducted. Each item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent; unwashed, clean and unworn with the original tags still attached. If a tag has been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in any way it will not be accepted. A credit will be issued after merchandise is back in our store and inspected.
 
After seven (7) days, there is an additional seven (7) day grace period to return an item(s) purchased at full price, minus a 20% restocking fee. After fourteen (14) days items will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
 
All products are hand checked for any damages or defects prior to shipping. If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery to you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date.

Please Note: Purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges. Shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend that return packages are insured and that you get proof of delivery. LilacAndLilies.com is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
 
 
Please fill out the Return & Exchange form included in your package. Make sure that you fill out all information accurately, including the order number.
 
Discounted Merchandise
Discounted merchandise, including promotional items and items purchased with an online coupon, are not returnable. However, items may be exchanged for different size or color, if available. If a replacement is out of stock, the merchandise may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. No credit or refund will be issued. Please refer to the Return & Exchange section above.
 
Final Sale Merchandise
Merchandise that is on sale is considered to be FINAL and is NOT valid for return or exchange. The following items are also considered to be FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as a return or exchange: swimwear, accessories (jewelry, belts, scarves, hats, and novelties), handbags, shoes, and home décor, lingerie and beauty products.
